To Whom It May Concern

Mr Tom Colton (Psychic Medium) has kindly agreed to raise much needed funds for Our Lady’s Children’s Hospital, Crumlin by organising a Halloween with Spirit – Halloween Ball with a Medium on the 31st October 2009 in the Red Cow Moran Hotel

Also as part of his “Feel the Spirit Tour” Tom will donate €5 from the sale of his meditation cd Going Home – The Reunion to the charity also.

Our Lady’s Hospital is a National Referral Hospital for the seriously ill children from every part of Ireland.  It has the responsibility of providing the best possible treatment and care for each child.

To maintain the highest standards, and improve services, each year supplementary funding must be raised to purchase high-tech equipment and fund important research projects.  It is the generous support of our many friends that enables us to do this.

Any support you can give Tom would be greatly appreciated as it will help us continue our ongoing campaign for seriously ill children.

Yours sincerely,

Medium set to visit Kerry in September

A SELF-professed medium who claims to be able to talk to the dead visits Kerry at the start of September as part of a national tour.

Tom Colton’s journey around Ireland is the first national tour by an Irish medium, according to his promoters who say interest has been ‘huge’ at the number of towns he has so-far stopped in.

Tom Colton claims to be able to commune with the dead and put people in touch with relatives who have passed on. He will meet with the public in Kerry for the first time on September 1 at the Manor West Hotel in Tralee at 8pm.

Mr Colton appears at the Listowel Arms Hotel on September 2 at 8pm, the River Island Hotel in Castleisland on September 3, also at 8pm, and the River Killarney Avenue Hotel on September 4, at 8pm.

‘Ireland’s Medium’ Tom Colton brings his national tour to Munster with dates in Tralee, Listowel, Castisland, Killarney and Cork

19th August, 2009: Tom Colton, Ireland’s foremost spiritualist medium, brings his ‘Feel the Spirit Tour’ to Kerry and Cork in the first week of September.  He is undertaking the first national tour ever by an Irish medium and includes a total of fifty dates right across the country.

Tom is well known for his national TV and radio appearances and recently kicked off the tour with successful events in Cavan and Kildare, where he demonstrated his abilities in front of hundreds of people.

As a spiritualist medium Tom Colton is able to connect with the spirits of the bereaved and is the only known medium to allow those he reads to feel the energy of their loved ones in the same way he does. Tom believes that everyone has the ability to connect and communicate with spirit in the way he does “they just have to learn how, there is no special gift” he says, “it is literally an ability everybody has”.

Deeply compelling, often startling and occasionally humorous, Tom’s down-to-earth approach has earned him the respect of the many people for whom he has read. Tom adds: “It is great to be back in Kerry and Cork, I always enjoy myself here and get a great reaction from people that I read for. The shows we have done so far have gone down really well so I’m looking forward to having so many events to do this week.”

Tom can be caught in Kerry on four separate evenings during the week followed by Cork City on Saturday night. The dates and locations are as follows:

1st September 2009 The Manor West Hotel, Co. Kerry;

2nd September 2009 Listowel Arms Hotel, Listowel, Co. Kerry;

3rd September 2009 River Island Hotel, Castleisland, Co. Kerry;

4th September 2009 Kilarney Avenue Hotel, Killarney, Co. Kerry and

5th September 2009 Silver Springs Moran Hotel, Cork City

Tom Colton has communicated and interacted with spirits since he was a child. Though it was not until Tom’s uncle, Richard, died in 2001, that he started reconnecting with spirit world as an adult.

During the past eight years Tom has developed his skills as medium studying at the world renowned Arthur Findlay College in Stansted, near London, the world’s foremost college for the advancement of spiritualism and psychic sciences. He has also completed many courses on spirituality at the National Federation of Spiritualist Healing (a charitable trust now called the Healing Trust).

What is a medium?

To give their full a title a ‘spiritualist medium’ is someone who can communicate with the spirits of people who have passed away. Mediums are the conduit through which the living can make contact with the dead.

A Medium is a person who has developed their spiritual knowledge and uses this to form a link between this world and the ‘spirit world’. It must, however, be remembered that everybody has the capability to be a medium of some kind, it is just that not everybody knows how to interpret the correct signs.

Spiritualist Union of Ireland

Tom is founder and President of the Spiritualist Union of Ireland, which was set up to support the development and the advancement of mediumship in the Republic of Ireland.  It is the country’s first spiritual sanctuary whereas there are numerous spiritual churches established the Britain and Northern Ireland.
